Chicago's Dishes redefine what it is to be punk and what it is to rock. They have a work ethic like none we've seen. Drawing on inspiration as diverse as Wire and The Slits, they've carved out a niche for themselves in a nice little place between The Rezillos and Minneapolis. Look for a new CD from the band out on No. 89 Records in March/April!
