Version with the different sleeve.

This version of the sleeve was basically consisting of TWO inserts housed inside one protective plastic sleeve:

1). A gloss printed one sided title / art cover-insert.
2). A bandphoto (a real photo, not just a printed one).

Only three copies of this exact version of the sleeve with the bandphoto insert were found by some collectors over the past 45 years.

Furthermore:
About six or seven copies of this EP have surfaced with just the one-sided Title / Art cover insert featuring the rifle, and gun (NO back cover).
