Approximate 50 copies came with the sleeve with three different variations of the original sleeve.

Copies with the sleeve were mainly handed out to family-members, and a few close friends.

All the other approximately 950 copies sold sleeveless at their shows, through the Dynamites fan-club, as well as at the SesAm Records record shop.

Sleeve is mainly one folded piece of very fine paper with a gloss look, that came housed inside a protective plastic sleeve. About 6 or 7 original copies of this exact sleeve have surfaced over time.

Most of the sleeves available or laser photocopies (on a thicker brand of paper) that were made by various sellers through the 1980s onwards.
