Recorded by Sveriges Radio (The Swedish Broadcasting Corporation) at Konserthuset (The Concert Hall), Stockholm, Sweden on December 14th 1967. Mixed from the original 4-track tapes in 1995.

Pressed on 220gram vinyl, packaged in a front-laminated gatefold sleeve with inner bag, plus 20-page booklet of (mostly unpublished) Gered Mankowitz photographs. Some copies also contained a 1-sheet advert to send off for a limited edition (50 copies) printed-to-order, signed and numbered 10" x 8" Mankowitz photo.
