This came in a Hardboard outer box with inner embossed gatefold LP. Enclosed is a 28 page 11"x11" full color booklet. "Story of Tommy" and appearance info, lyrics, and credits. Panels have colour artwork and pinball machine related photos depicting story. The outer box was made in the USA.
This issue is auto-coupled: Disc 1 has side one & four, Disc 2 has side two & three.
