One pressing: 200 on red vinyl with stamped numbering in black on the labels [this], and 100-200 un-numbered copies on black vinyl.
The band mailed out a few promos and booking copies with folded sleeves hand-trimmed to approximately 7.25" x 15" (see Images), but copies for sale had only the plain sleeves.

(Old reproduction sleeves exist but they can be identified their smaller size [7.25" x 14" max], straight trimming, and smaller back type-size.)
