The first batch of sleeves for the release were accidentally printed without The Exits and Four By Four printed onto the front of sleeve, When this was discovered all the mispressed sleeves were all recycled, except 1 maybe 2 which survived, this being one of them.

Tracks A1 & A2 were originally released as The Fashion Plague 7" in 1978, now a very rare and sort after single,
Tracks B1 & B2 are released for the first time on vinyl.
The release also contains a double sided insert printed with the artwork of the original Fashion Plague sleeve
