(Another black label design is arranged similarly to the cream-label pressings, with a circular Skydog logo at the top, top rim-text, and STEMRA/BIEM at left.)

Sleeves for this version have:
• Colored text in yellow
• Front drawing with Roy Loney at upper right. (This appears to be reversed, as other versions have Roy at left and the others' hair seems to be parted on their regular sides.)
• Back sleeve includes Flamin' Groovies Fanclub addresses in Amsterdam as well as in Paris.
• Back sleeve typeface is unique to this version, and "THE FLAMIN' GROOVIES" is printed in color.
