Those who purchased the Genuine Fakes cd from the koolkatmusik.com website received a bonus disc which the band describes as;

" a golden opportunity to make use some of the songs that for one reason or another didn't make it onto the album. Songs that we think are really great, but would've made the overall sound of the album too diverse. This bonus disc gave us the opportunity to revisit those songs, and we're thrilled to be able to give them away as a companion to the album. A couple of the songs had only the drum tracks done, so we actually finished them specifically for the bonus disc. "

Two of the bonus tracks later appeared on the Japanese version of the album. All of the tracks from the bonus disc are available on the "Liner Notes" digital ep.
