Release date confirmed by BSN pubs, January 1956.

The tracklist represents the track order as numbered and sequenced on the labels, which is different from the unnumbered arrangement of tracks on the back cover.

On track B4 (Body And Soul), Toots Thielemans plays harmonica - uncredited on this release, but well documented on its first release in 1953 on MGM'S 78rpm single The George Shearing Quintet - I Hear A Rhapsody / Body And Soul.

By contrast, the album notes mention Armando Peraza for playing bongos / congas ("congo and bongo drums") also on track A6 (Ill Wind), which is inaudible and in contradiction to the first release of this recording in 1955 on Side A of MGM's 78rpm single The George Shearing Quintet - Ill Wind / Drume Negrita, where Peraza is absent from the list of musicians.

Track title A1 "Stranger In Paradise" has added information "(M-G-M CinemaScope Film "Kismet")".
