Comes in plain white dust sleeve.
Side A label is signed by the band. Side B label has hand written title, info, etc.

Note: On some copies the date is marked as "8/8-13" which is a mistake.

Multiple test pressing runs were made for this release. Most of them numbered. A few exist without writing on labels.
