Limited to 111 hand-numbered copies: 100 (bless11) with printed black-and-white cover and hand-numbered on reverse; special edition of 11 copies (bless11s) were signed and came with a Macintosh-format diskette containing a 1.1 MB sound entitled 'A True Story'.
