The first five tracks were originally released as 7" vinyl singles on the Phantom label.

Track 1 was first issued on the 'Alimony' 7-inch single, which was released by Phantom Records on June 24th 1987 (PH-24).
Tracks 2 & 3 were first issued on the 'Get On Down' 7-inch single, which was released by Phantom Records on January 28th 1988 (PH-26).
Tracks 4 & 5 were first issued on the 'Hindsight / Dragged Over The Coals' AA-side 7-inch single, which was released by Phantom Records on October 20th 1988 (PH-29).

Tracks 6 to 11 are from the album 'loveBUZZ', which was released by rooArt/PolyGram on October 9th 1989.

Tracks 12 to 15 are from the album 'Va Va Voom', which was released by rooArt in April 1991.

Tracks 16 & 17 are from the 'You Just Gotta Know My Mind' EP, which was released by rooArt in May 1992.
Track 16 is a cover of the Donovan song 'You Just Gotta Know My Mind'.
