This Disc, now out of print, compiled nearly all of the output of the surf band The Illusions. As well as a few later solo efforts by a few members of the band. Active in the early sixties. They released a few singles of their own and appeared on a few others as the backing band for the likes of Little Julian Herrara, and Marlow Stewart. They are not to be confused with the Doo-Wop group or Garage Rock Groups of the same name.

Tracks 1-3 were Demo recordings made in 1962.
Tracks 4 and 5 were released on a 7" in 1963.
Tracks 6-7 Were released on a single with The Illusions playing back-up for Little Julian Herrera.
Track 8 was an alternate mix of the a-side to the Lonely Lonely Nights single.
Track 9, 10 Was a single called "Earthquake" released with The Illusions playing back up for Marlow Stewart on the A-side with a song by the Illusions on the B-side. Both were recorded live at the Lido Ballroom.
Tracks 17-18 arefrom Bobby Mason's Solo single.
Tracks 19,20 Are two tracks by The Wedge, a band featuring Tom Brown of The Illusions
