"ABOUT THE PERFORMERS: Formed in 1943 by a group of men employed at the Geelong Works of international harvester Australia limited, the Chorus has now completed 33 years of service to the community. During that time, they have given six hundred and eighty performances, which have resulted in many thousands of dollars being raised for a large number of Victroian church and charitable groups. The aim of the chorus has been, and continues to be - to serve, the community through the medium of music, and to foster young talent through opportunity."
