Recorded at Chicago Recording Company in the second half of May '92. Some vocals were recorded elsewhere in the same city.

Tracks 1 to 10 were recorded by Steve Albini and first issued as the album 'Liar' by Touch and Go on October 10th 1992 (TG100CD).

Track 11 is ten seconds of silence to separate the album 'Liar' from the bonus tracks.
Tracks 12 & 13 are from the 'Wheelchair Epidemic' 7-inch single, which was recorded by Steve Albini and released by Touch and Go on April 25th 1992 (T&G#87).
Tracks 14 & 15 are from the 'Gladiator / Boilermaker' 7-inch single, which was released by Insipid Vinyl in September 1992 (IV-12).
