Release Date: 1997-08-06Label: Blast First
Studio CDr acetate for the forthcoming single by the artist forever known as 'The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu'.The single release eventually went on to be titled 'F*** The Millennium', along with 'What Time Is Love?' performed by Acid Brass / The Williams Fairey Brass Band.
For the commercial release, the artist was changed from The JAMs to '2K', presumably because The KLF had "left the record industry" in 1993 so Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty could no longer release the new track under their old pseudonym.
The sleeve notes do not credit 2K as the artist and this may be because the new group name had not yet been confirmed.
The sleeve notes do not credit the primary track as being 'F*** The Millennium', which may be because at the time of recording the title track name had not yet been fully approved.
