The album is a reissue, with additional tracks, of a 2007 self-released CDr, The Left Outsides - And Colours In Between.

The disc is housed in a standard jewel case with a clear tray. There is a four page booklet containing tracklisting and durations, photos, artwork and credits. The tray inlay has poster artwork on the inside and a tracklisting and other information, including barcode, on the outside. Track 6, A Kingdom Of My Own, is omitted from the tracklisting on the outside of the inlay.

The words on the back page of the booklet are lyrics taken from tracks 2 to 7: Neon Rainbow and The Chameleon in the outer ring, Hotel On Green Corner and Fallen By The Wayside in the middle ring and A Kingdom Of My Own and The Other Side in the inner ring.
