In the U.S. 'Lick' was issued as an 11 Track LP and a 13 Track CD by Taang! Records during May 1989 (TAANG! 32).

Track 1, plus 3 to 6 & 8 were recorded by Terry Katzman, then Tom Hamilton took over in February/March 1989 after studio issues and equipment failure during the Katzman sessions.

Tracks 2 & 9 are re-recordings of previously issued songs from the 'Laughing All The Way To The Cleaners' 7-inch EP, which was released by Amory Arms/Huh-Bag Records in 1986 (Amory Arms ½ / Huh-Bag Records 1).

Track 7 was recorded in 1988, but was left off the album 'Creator' .

Track 10 was recorded in January 1987, and first issued on the various artists compilation 'Crawling From Within', which was released by 77 Records in 1987 (001).

Track 11 was recorded in August 1986 by Tom Hamilton, but was left off the album 'Hate Your Friends' .
