It's five a.m. and the sun is far from being up. We start on our way. Dad is driving. Doug, our bass player, tries hard to stay awake. Brenda, the "runt" is already asleep. Me? Oh, I am thinking. I think about why we put in long, hard hours on the road and in practices to sing gospel music.My question is answered in both the morning and evening services. In each service God is there to save souls and meet needs. We are His Tools.
We arrive home at three in the morning. It has been a long hard day; but souls were won to Jesus Christ; and He met needs. It has been worth it!
