The first 100 had a black cover with hand screened white lettering and hand numbered and signed by the band.

Copies from #101 to #498 were black lettering on white background.

Some copies came with an Upper Deck NBA trading card but according to an interview from 1998, the band stated it was a "stupid" idea.
Originally the center hole is stickered with a "not". You can only read it, if you had not listen to the 7" (see last image)
