This release's catalog number BOMB 38, falls within Time Bomb Records (2)'s catalog number series, but is not presently duplicated with any entry under Time Bomb Records (2). And the latter company's website shows a release on the Time Bomb Records (2) label by The Make-Up available as a 03-04-2017:
