As Kev Roberts tells the tale, this 1965 recording was found on a tape by former Westside Records employee Tony Rounce. As word of the terrific lost soul number spread, a 45 record was eventually pressed to satisfy demand. By Roberts' account, the record now places at #89 of 100 top Northern Soul singles. Not a reissue, this is a limited edition, recent U.K. pressing with a large hole. The flip is the instrumental version.
