This first version of Worm Pizza is a limited edition of 20 numbered copies, issued in a miniature pizza box, including an 8-page booklet.

Re-released ('re-heated') in June 2003 as an on-demand edition of approximately 300 copies (Worm Pizza (Re-Heated)) in a jewel case with a new one-sided booklet and back insert.
A digital download version was issued in May 2019 on Bandcamp.com.

All tracks preformed and recorded by Renaldo Malpractice, Paulie Kraynak and The Moles. Track creator/performer listed first, followed by contributors.
Incidental music and mastering by Vinnie, using performances provided by Rock, Keith, Paul, Krister, Michael, Jan and C. Shaw.
Design and packaging by The Moles, based on ideas by Paulie and Renaldo.
