Sub-edition of the main release, 10 copies of which form this special edition. The original box is heavily painted and textured, and features multiple, mixed-media collage pieces. Some elements appear in common on all boxes whereas in other respects each box is unique. All additional anti-artwork executed by Richard Rupenus.

Retains the elements found in the initial release, with the cassette (originally loose) being held in a broken case adhered to the base of the box.
