This version has a sleeve with no band name on the front. It uses the same picture as the other sleeve but is darker and cropped to have the band members on the left. The back of the sleeve is laid out differently, with a larger block of text than the other version.

Sleeves are printed on light-weight card-stock, assembled with hand-glued flaps on back. A thin-paper variation exists (The Nurses - Love You Again / I Will Follow You).
