"Aeolian" is the second half of a recording session that took place between January 2004 and July 2005 at Oceanland, Berlin. The first half of that very session was releases under the title "Fluxion". Mastered at Tonteknik Studios in September 2005.

It features a data track with a band biography, band and individual member pictures, and a digital version of the album artwork, as well as an AVI clip of "Queen Of the Foodchain"

Track 6 contains samples of an old vinyl recording of "some unknown dude" playing Frédéric Chopin's "Nocturnes".
Track 8 contains samples of "The Sound Of The Sea" by Jack De Mello.
Track 9 contains samples of the Choir Of The Monastry Simonos Petras singing "Agni Parthene".

Comes in a standard jewel case without the slipcase and slightly different artwork than Aeolian.
