Nathan Burke (formerly Frodus) started writing
and recording "Burn Your Scripts, Boys" in 2000
with the help of producers Ken Olden and Brian
McTernan (producer behind Thrice, Darkest Hour
and Hot Water Music). Members of other notable
Washington, DC bands (Corn on Macabre, Trail By
Fire, Telegraph Melts, etc) joined in. The result is
the music on this CD and a new band, the
Out_Circuit. Fans of Talk Talk and Durutti Column
take note, the Out_Circuit play music that is at
times sparse and beautiful, then layered and
chaotic
