The Paper Cartel album Collection Time was a compilation style album put together by Detroit Horrorcore legend Evol, released in ‘98 on his labels Paperboy Records and Acidacide. Although Evol was known for Horrorcore, Collection Time is more so focused on traditional Gangsta Rap but is filled with bangers none the less.
