Issued in a 6-panel Digisleeve with printed inner sleeves and a 12-page booklet.

Initial copies preordered through Cherry Red's web store were issued with a limited edition 7". This 7" housed in clear PVC sleeve was sealed by a sticker saying "Limited to 999 copies worldwide". No tracklist given.

Recorded live at The Chapel, San Francisco, April 2018 (CD and DVD).
Both tracks of the 7" recorded live in Tokyo, March 2017.
