Red vinyl promo release using the same record as The Residents - WB:RMX.
The record is issued in a single 12" "tip-on-sleeve", using a large print of the album cover art on glossy photo paper glued to white heavy cardboard.
"The Residents - WB:RMX EURO RALPH - LP 033" is printed on the white cardboard spine, while "Promotional Copy" is stamped on both labels. A sticker on rear sleeve says "PROMO / 333".
