Edition of 1,000 hand-numbered copies.

This release is the first 475 copies edition, with faulty covers. The front cover and inner tray background were reversed, and were printed without a black plate, causing them to have a brownish appearance. It has the eye/triangle design on the front cover, and is hand numbered on the inside cover.

The second printing edition (the remaining 525 copies) has the corrected cover and printing.
