Subtitled "Two Decades of Anonymous Art" on the back cover, Twenty Twisted Questions is a 60-minute semi-interactive laserdisc released by The Residents as part of their 20th anniversary celebrations. Like the later Freak Show CD-ROM, it was released by The Voyager Company.

Side one collects all of the Residential videos up to 1992, and the second side consists of live footage from the three tours and a discography spanning all twenty years of Residents albums (at twenty seconds each). Each year's section ends with printed information which can be stepped through and read frame-by-frame. There is also a bonus track of the Ty's Freak Show performance.

Includes insert printed on both sides. Track durations are not printed on the release.
