"You Better Run" (here mistakenly spelled "You'd Better Run") is taken from the studio album Rock Hard, that was released in 1980.
"Life On The Edge" is an outtake of the Heavier Than Thou sessions and the only song Garry Bordonaro has ever written for The Rods. Later, it was also added to the High Roller CD re-release of Heavier Than Thou.
The live track "Evil Woman/Popeye's Drum Solo" was later re-released on the High Roller CD re-release of Heavier Than Thou. It's called "Evil Woman/Rabid Thunder/Drum Solo" on that release.

"You Better Run" was originally released by The Young Rascals on the single You Better Run in 1966 and a year later added to the album Groovin'.
