Japan PROMO issue includes extra promotional text around the centre rim of the disc plus a small numbered promo over the barcode on the back of the obi.

Front inlay is a matt vinyl sticker. Twelve-page colour booklet includes lyrics to all songs in Japanese and English. Also includes an additional "50" sticker. Tower Records customers received a third branded sticker.

The obi flash refers to the TV commercial for which Rocks Off was the theme music. "Stones Bar" was a range of alcoholic beverages bearing the Rolling Stones name and logo.
