Release Date: 1965Label: Philles Records
This is the red and yellow Philles label, with the group's name misspelled as 'Ronnettes' on both labels. It can be distinguished from a similar 1965 stereo pressing through the labels as well as a small '4' printed on the lower right corner of the back of the jacket. The label layout is much more similar to the 1964 mono pressings than it is to the 1965 stereo pressing. It should be noted these stereo Capitol Record Club pressings do indeed play in true stereo. There was a series of older Jerry Osborne record price guides that stated these were rechanneled stereo... they are not. However, the stereo mix is very rudimentary, with the "wrecking crew" session musicians on one channel, and vocals with strings on the other channel. I am uncertain about the contents of the non-record club stereo issue, as I don't own one and the price guides apparently didn't even know this issue existed at the time.
