In Rock was supposed to be a 4-track single, however Fire were frustrated with the band being unable to deliver an LP for release. Therefore against their wishes the record company added a couple of session tracks, plus a re-working of an earlier B-Side: "Just Like Yesterday" ("Yesterday Once More") to bring the track numbers up, enabling them to release it as an album.Made in England.
