Unknown number of copies issued; most of which were pressed on black vinyl.

Tracks A1 to A3 and B2 to B4 recorded in March of 2003 at Steve Roche's Permanent Hearing Damage Studio in Brooklyn, New York. Track B1 recorded at the same studio but in September of 2003.
Track A4 recorded in July of 2002 at Presto! Recording Studios in Lincoln, Nebraska.
