While the sleeve on this entry carries the catalog number "PZ018", the label itself carries the number "PZ030".

Recent research by Big Beat Magazine (issue #131 and using material from the original label owners), has established that there never was a true, separate, EP release for "PZ018".
Rather, and for some reason that is now lost in the mists of time, some later copies of this EP carry the "PZ018" catalog number on the sleeve - while keeping "PZ030" on the label.
