Side A is stamped 'SAD'
Side B is stamped 'HAPPY' and 'ONE TONE'. Some copies have the "ONE TONE" stamped on a sticker with two 'Hazchem' symbols printed in red ink, and other copies have it stamped directly on the center label.

Oversized black and white photocopied and hand-glued sleeve.

Included was a 2-sided orange 8x13 folded lyric sheet. One side was titled "SINGALONGSCROT(E)" and along with lyrics, had a 'join the dots' illustration of a penis, a "scrotum poles fun club" list and a stick figure set of band member portraits as well a lengthy thank you list. The other side was titled "BURTALONGASPACEMAN" and in addition to lyrics, it has a instructional dance guide to show how to "Do the Scrote" as well as 'special thanks"

1000 copies were pressed, of which approximately 700 have this artwork; the remainder were later repackaged.
