This is the blue sleeve first press. The blog Cheap Rewards claims that there are unlikely to be more than 25 each of the pink or blue (there are also some pink and blue) sleeves, but the pink show up more often then the blue, though both are quite uncommon. Maybe 25 or less of the blue, and maybe 50, certainly under 100, of the pink.
