500 copies pressed. 45rpm pressing although Stinky Bike advertisements claim "Plays At All Speeds".

Several sleeve variations exist:

- One-sided offset printed sleeve on thin yellow paper (main image). Sleeves were trimmed by hand and cropping/centering of the artwork varies from copy to copy. Some copies have various messages handwritten by the band members.

- One-sided "dirty" xerox sleeve on thin yellow card stock (fourth image).

- Some sleeveless copies sold by Taang! come with either a 7"x7" piece of pink/red paper with 'The Sickness', etc, scrawled on in black marker, or a xerox of the regular sleeve on light green luminous or plain white paper. On these copies the 'CAUTION' part of the artwork is more central.

According to Big Daddy, some copies were packaged in a ziplock bag with rubber vomit enclosed.
