This release is available in five different cover editions, in white cover (1st edition): Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks, blue/purple cover: Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks, blue cover (this one), red cover: Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks and orange cover.

This blue sleeve edition has plain white labels with small holes. The blue sleeve edition is also available with Pan-Vox labels with small holes, and with plain white (side A) and plain pink (side B) labels.

There is still debate whether the correct location was the Warehouse or St.Johns like stated on the cover.
