This release is available in five different cover editions, in white cover (1st edition): Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks, blue/purple cover: Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks, blue cover (this one), red cover: Damage Done Plus 3 Live Tracks and orange cover.

This blue sleeve edition has one plain white label and one plain pink label. The blue sleeve edition is also available with Pan-Vox labels with small holes, and with plain white labels.

There is still debate whether the correct location was the Warehouse or St.Johns like stated on the cover.
