This release features the complete final concert of The Sisters of Mercy in their First And Last And Always line-up.

The cover front shows a picture of the band that was formerly used on page 28 of Sounds Magazine, Issue 13 October 1984. Both the title of this release and its sleeve design are derived from that press article.
