Black vinyl test pressing of The Black Album, allegedly limited to 2 hand-numbered copies. Issued in a generic gray textured cardboard die-cut sleeve. Both the sleeve and the labels are stamped.

Side A features unreleased studio demos. Side B includes four of the five tracks from Side A performed live.

The vinyl has plain white labels and comes in a black embossed picture sleeve. The release also comes with a double-sided color insert featuring a photo of Andrew Eldritch and Adam Pearson on one side, and the release info and track-listing on the other side.

The insert is hand-numbered on both sides. The vinyl is hand-numbered on the label, which also is stamped with the record label's logo.
