This is a Promo CD as part of a press pack which is housed in a card cover. Also contained in the press pack are 2 A4 fly sheets, 1 for the Written in Red Album and 1 for In Heaven She Walks an upcoming single release from the album.
The graphics on the booklet, CD and rear cover are identical to the standard release with the exception that the title of the second track "In Heaven She Walks" is printed in White like all other track on this promo and is printed in Red on the standard release.
