A1 to C5 is a live recording from NY on July 28th, 1988 broken down into tracks.
D1 to D3 is a live recording from Temple University, Philidelphia and is broken down into three sets. No date is given for this set.

Track A3 is actually A Day Called Zero, Track A6 is missing.
Track B3 is Mama, the next track is Tidal Wave. Track C4 is actually Hot Meat

Etched on run-out grooves: "L-33099" and "S-1" to "S-4" on each side.
