This edition has the original red mono Saturn labels, but the matrix is identical to the stereo El Saturn repress seen here:

This is almost certainly a stereo repress on El Saturn, using leftover stock mono red labels. This may add circumstantial evidence for the gold label being the first pressing, as it would be more likely for the leftover labels to be the most recently made. However, this cover matches the mono Saturn gold label pressing and does not match the red mono label pressing. A curious case indeed.
