This CD is housed in jewel case with a folding 3-panel / 6-page booklet.

There are two pressings of the CD and the only difference is the inner booklet. The first pressing has larger font, smaller 'Special Thanks To' section, and no mention of an agent. The second pressing has smaller font to make room for a larger 'Special Thanks To' section and the addition of 'Booking Info'.
